www.meeko.mobi is the online store ofMeeko Mobi Oy (business ID: 2835866-1). These terms and conditions apply to the commercial relationship between Meeko Mobi Oy and its customers. The services and products provided by Meeko Mobi Oy are also subject to the terms and conditions specified by the service provider in question. Meeko Mobi Oy reserves the right to update these terms and conditions without prior notice. The terms and conditions in force at the time of the order, which are available on Meeko Mobi Oy's website, shall apply to orders.

Meeko Mobi Oy is not liable for any damage caused by force majeure. Force majeure is considered to be an unforeseeable circumstance or change in circumstances beyond Meeko Mobi Oy's control. Meeko Mobi Oy is obliged to notify the customer of force majeure without delay.

Dispute resolution and place of jurisdiction: the consumer-customer has the right to submit disputes arising from this contract to the Consumer Disputes Board(www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before bringing the matter before the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer should contact the Consumer Helpdesk of the Registrar's Office(www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi). The customer may bring an action against Meeko Mobi Oy concerning disputes arising from the contractual debt relationship either at the district court of Meeko Mobi Oy's domicile or at the district court of the municipality in Finland in whose jurisdiction the customer has his/her place of residence. If the customer does not have a place of residence in Finland, disputes shall be settled by the district court of Meeko Mobi Oy's place of residence.

Legal fees are not reimbursed, as the Consumer Advice and Disputes Board offers free assistance in resolving disputes.
