Refund policy

Products purchased from the Meeko Mobi online store have a 14-day return policy. If for any reason you wish to return the product(s) you have ordered, you must do so within 14 days of receiving your order. We will refund the order to the account number you provided once the product has arrived back to us and we have checked it. Exchange and return charges are the responsibility of the customer. We do not honour exchanges or returns sent by postal order. Any returns must always be agreed in advance with us, meekoshop@meeko.mobi.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us in writing, by means of an unequivocal statement, of your decision to cancel the contract.
The right of return applies only to private customers and to unused and saleable products in their original packaging. Theproduct to be returned and the product packaging must be in the same condition as new. Any manuals, other accompanying materials and accessories that came in the package must also be returned. Please note that care should be taken when opening product packaging.

Problems
If a product is lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not correspond to your order, you must report the fault within 14 days at the latest to the parties listed in the exchange and return conditions. If the package is damaged in transit, a claim must be made immediately to the carrier.
