Meeko Mobi Oy offers a comprehensive range of transport services. For more information about the delivery modes and their service content, please visit our website. Meeko Mobi Oy's shopping cart automatically takes transport offers into account. Products for a single order can be delivered in several shipments.
Meeko Mobi Ltd welcomes all private and business customers. The commercial relationship will be governed by the applicable Finnish and EU legislation on consumer sales, marketing and advertising. The commercial contract between business customers and Meeko Mobi Oy is primarily governed by these terms and conditions and otherwise by the Finnish Commercial Code.
Thewarranty is determined in accordance with the warranty conditions specified by the manufacturer. You are obliged to read the warranty terms delivered with the product before using the product. The warranty conditions can be found in the user manual, on a separate warranty form or at the web address provided by the manufacturer. As a general rule, the warranty only covers manufacturing and material defects in the product. The warranty period is specified in the product manual.
Warranty repairs are always carried out in accordance with the warranty conditions. Please send the product to Meeko Mobi Service at Tammasaarenlaituri 3, 00180 Helsinki, Finland. This will speed up the service and is therefore in your interest. We will service a product under warranty quickly, within a maximum of 10-15 days. You can also bring your product in for service after the warranty period.
The full cost of an unauthorised service visit will be charged to you if the product has clearly been submitted for warranty service without a reason. Meeko Mobi Ltd is not liable for any damage caused by the buyer's actions. The costs of the unauthorised service will be charged to the service company and Meeko Mobi Ltd.
Our service department will keep the products for three (3) months after the notification of the completion of the service/work has been delivered to the customer. After this period, the product will be recycled or sold (Act on the right of a trader to sell uncollected goods (15.7.1988/688)).
Meeko Mobi Oy is responsible for the legal liability for defects of the products when the warranty of the product has expired or the warranty has not been granted. For further information, please contact meekoshop@meeko.mobi.
Meeko Mobi Oy's service department will provide further instructions for recycling the product, if necessary.
Physical opening of the product to modify the device will terminate the warranty and the seller's liability unless otherwise stated by us (also applies to tuning of electric kick-bikes).
Complaint
The customer is obliged to present a proof of purchase, receipt or other proof of the place and date of purchase when returning the goods or making a complaint about a defect. Meeko Mobi Ltd reserves the right to charge the buyer for the costs incurred in searching for the receipt.
Complaints will only be dealt with in writing. A free-form complaint can be sent by e-mail to meekoshop@meeko.mobi .
